Appointment Cancellations
a. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment before two days only.

Course/Webinar Cancellations
a. Users may cancel enrollment in a course or webinar within 7 Days of purchase for a full refund.
b. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 7 Days.
Refund Process
a. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
b. Please allow 7 working for the refund to be processed.
Exceptions
